Roofing in Gilbert and the East Valley

ONE COMPANY, ONE CLAIM

A Roofer That Also Fixes the Water Damage

A monsoon leak rarely stops at the roof. Water gets into the attic, the ceiling and the walls. Most roofers fix the roof and leave the rest to someone else.

We're a licensed general contractor (AZ ROC #336058) and a licensed restoration firm (AZ ROC #347030), and we're IICRC certified. One crew fixes the roof and the rooms below it.

We recently had an AC malfunction and a water leak in my mother's home, damaging the walls, flooring, and bathroom. So we were looking for a company that would ensure a smooth process for addressing the damage and would work with our insurance to reduce issues for our family. I had several mitigation companies come out for consult and ultimately decided to go with Masizo Restorations for the job. I felt reassured when they told me that they would work diligently with the insurance company to ensure we only have our deductible as an out-of-pocket cost and that they ensure extensive documentation to support the claim. I appreciate that their mitigation team does all aspects of service related to their care, including moving/returning HVAC, facilitating asbestos/lead testing, mold removal, drying, removal of damaged material (carpet, drywall, etc), packing and moving household furniture/items, and etc. Steve came to do the assessment and has been phenomenal from the outset - he is knowledgeable, thorough, and has graciously addressed my many questions. They have all been wonderful!

I had a water leak in my rental home in October 2022, I called Masizo Restorations and several other water damage mitigation and restoration companies, Masizo Restorations was the first to respond and came in the next day. They could identify the issue on the first sight. Steven was very professional and made the whole estimate experience effortless. This made our life much easy when we felt very stressful with the water damage. He handled the mitigation with the insurance company directly without much of our involvement. He also made sure we are on the same page on every part of the step of our project and worked with the insurance company on the quote of restoration. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. This was a very big project for us. The quality of their work is EXCELLENT and finished with tight schedule. I would highly recommend them for water damage mitigation and restoration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Roofing Questions

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes. The inspection and the estimate are free on every roofing job, whether you need a repair, a new roof or help with a claim. You're under no obligation.

Will my insurance pay for a new roof?

That depends on your policy and on what caused the damage. We inspect the roof, write up what we find and work with your insurance company on the claim. Your adjuster makes the final call on coverage.

Do I need a new roof or just a repair?

A repair is often enough. Once a roof is near the end of its life, repairs stop making sense. After the free inspection we'll tell you which one you need and why.

Can you fix the water damage from a roof leak too?

Yes. We're a licensed restoration firm in Arizona (ROC #347030) and IICRC certified. We fix the roof and repair the ceilings, walls and floors the water reached.

What kinds of roofs do you work on?

Tile, shingle and flat roofs. On tile roofs, leaks often start in the underlayment under the tiles, so we check it during the inspection.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're licensed builders in Arizona (ROC #336058) and California (LIC #1107781). We also hold an Arizona license for restoration work (ROC #347030), and we're fully insured.

Licensed, insured, and serving Arizona since 1998.
