Kitchen Remodels Across the Phoenix Valley

Steve and the Masizo team have been a pleasure to work with. We’ve partnered up in multiple projects and they are a trustworthy, reliable and efficient contractor to work with Thank you you guys!

Masizo is the shizo! Steve was a great rep for his company, his crew was solid, and communication was on point. Great work on the upgrades to a 70s home becoming modern. As with any project, delays happen, I was informed along the way, project stayed on schedule and no surprises, very transparent and professional. Follow up and follow through on details and final inspection discrepancies were addressed. I plan to use Masizo again in future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve at Masizo Development on a remodel for one of my clients, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Steve delivered on every single thing he said he would. From the beginning, he told me the remodel would be completed within eight weeks, and right on the dot, it was finished in eight weeks. Steve is reliable, professional, communicative, and most importantly, he follows through. In this business, finding someone who does exactly what they say they’re going to do is invaluable. I’ve already started referring him to more of my clients and will absolutely continue working with him on future projects. I highly recommend Steve and Masizo Development!

Amazing company to work with! He’s professional, reliable, and truly cares about the quality of his work. Great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend him and his company!

Good communication, quality work, and they do what they say they’re going to do. I’d highly recommend Steve and Masizo Development to both homeowners and other contractors. Looking forward to working together again.

Steve with Masizo Development came out to my house, gave me an estimate on remodeling my master bathroom. He executed the job flawlessly. I was very impressed with his experience and productivity. I would highly recommend this company to do your remodels.

We hired Masizo Development to build our Casita and working with Steve was a pleasure. Steve did everything he said in a timely manner. One of the best things I liked is that Steve always stayed in contact with me and was always reachable. From the Design until the project was completed Steve made the project and all his contractors easy. All the subcontractors that Masizo used were as nice and friendly as Steve. We will be working with Masizo on the next project. Thanks to Steve and the entire Masizo Development crew.

Amazing Team, Amazing Company. Thank you for your help.

We had an amazing experience with Masizo Development on my shower remodel and new tile installation! From start to finish, the quality of their work was outstanding. Steve was extremely communicative throughout the whole process—always keeping me updated, answering every question, and making sure everything turned out just right. The attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ll definitely be recommending Masizo Development to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team for their home remodeling projects.

I needed my garage remodeled into a bedroom. I was recommended by a friend to Masizo. Steve, George and his team came and did a phenomenal job on the remodel. Their communication was very well and they did it within the deadline given!

Steve and team provided a very clear bid, did what they said they were going to do, and provided excellent quality work on time. What more could you ask for in a construction company! Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Steve and the incredible job he did restoring my home! From start to finish, he was professional, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring every aspect of the project was perfect. Steve’s expertise and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations, and he went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. The quality of his work speaks for itself—my home looks better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and dedicated restoration contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend Steve. He’s simply the best!

I have worked with this vendor on multiple projects. My experience been great. They are great at communicating and their product meets the time-frame given. I would highly recommend doing business with Masizo Developments.

I met Steven with Masizo development and restorations after interviewing 4 other builders. Their team had just finished remodeling our neighbor's house who suggested we meet them. I knew immediately it was Steven’s company I wanted to use. He is very experienced, friendly, and very easy to work with. They provide guidance to keep you on track without a lot of pressure. We had the bid and time to completion estimate within 2 days. Steven kept us on budget throughout the project and if we wanted to add anything, he made us aware of additional costs ahead of time. Something else that stood out from this construction company is if I thought anything needed to be addressed throughout the project, it was done so almost immediately. We did not use a designer and so I had what seemed like hundreds of decisions to be made over the 3 months it took them to finish. Steven was always a phone call or text away ready to assist in any way possible. It actually felt like I was calling a friend or family member to help me. I would not have been able to do it without him. One last point to mention are the team of men working for them. They are all friendly, respectful, and meticulous at what they do. Our finished home is absolutely gorgeous! There was not hardly anything that needed to be addressed. I have heard that remodeling can be a nightmare and take so much longer than planned. Masizo development and restorations actually made remodeling our entire house fun and it finished on schedule. If you are building a new home or need remodeling of any kind in the Arizona area, I highly recommend giving Steven a call. You will not be disappointed!

Outstanding! Job well done! We used, Masizo Construction for our kitchen renovation. He was receptive to our feedback throughout the process and worked with us to establish a cohesive game plan which reflected our vision. He exceeded our expectations, communicated effectively, completed our job within a timely manner and maintained a tidy workspace during the renovation. We highly recommend them and will utilize him for future projects.

Steve did a great job on my recent Reno converting my 3rd garage into a mother in law suite! Got it done in time and it turned out to be the perfect set up for my handicapped mom. Would highly recommended!!

Steve with Masizo Development remodeled our bathroom and kitchen, it turned out better than expected. He did a great job and I would highly recommend using this company. On top of that, he finished the job earlier than expected!

We recently had an AC malfunction and a water leak in my mother's home, damaging the walls, flooring, and bathroom. So we were looking for a company that would ensure a smooth process for addressing the damage and would work with our insurance to reduce issues for our family. I had several mitigation companies come out for consult and ultimately decided to go with Masizo Restorations for the job. I felt reassured when they told me that they would work diligently with the insurance company to ensure we only have our deductible as an out-of-pocket cost and that they ensure extensive documentation to support the claim. I appreciate that their mitigation team does all aspects of service related to their care, including moving/returning HVAC, facilitating asbestos/lead testing, mold removal, drying, removal of damaged material (carpet, drywall, etc), packing and moving household furniture/items, and etc. Steve came to do the assessment and has been phenomenal from the outset - he is knowledgeable, thorough, and has graciously addressed my many questions. They have all been wonderful!

I had a water leak in my rental home in October 2022, I called Masizo Restorations and several other water damage mitigation and restoration companies, Masizo Restorations was the first to respond and came in the next day. They could identify the issue on the first sight. Steven was very professional and made the whole estimate experience effortless. This made our life much easy when we felt very stressful with the water damage. He handled the mitigation with the insurance company directly without much of our involvement. He also made sure we are on the same page on every part of the step of our project and worked with the insurance company on the quote of restoration. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. This was a very big project for us. The quality of their work is EXCELLENT and finished with tight schedule. I would highly recommend them for water damage mitigation and restoration.

Masizo Development remodeled my home and did an awesome job with my kitchen counters, roof repair, and they installed a 16' Double Arcadia Door Slider that turned out amazing!! I am definitely going to use them on my next home project. Jeff Tipton Tipton Realty Broker/Owner

Masizo development is a phenomenal company to work with. We spent months looking for the right contractor for our project. Unfortunately, it seems like the industry is full of people and businesses who are either flaky, have terrible communication, or just lie about the scope of work they are comfortable doing. Steve and his company is in a whole different league. My wife and I just moved into a new home in Phoenix and wanted to do a full renovation. Masizo development and their fantastic team came highly recommended and we couldn't have been more impressed. From consultation to finish they helped us with every aspect of the project, bringing our vision to life. Steve’s attention to detail, transparency, and communication was impeccable! Their team works incredibly fast, was always on time, and finished ahead of schedule despite covid and industry delays that were out of our control. We give Masizo Development our highest recommendation! Thanks again for everything Steve. We absolutely love our new house!

Steve and his team were great to deal with. On time, on budget, and they did a great job.

We hired Masizo development to redo the entire master bathroom! Loved Steve! There's a lot going on in the world so finding good people that care was important. The team was great and make you feel like family. We plan on using them again for other projects like our future casita home build in Phoenix. Can't say enough goodness about this company you will be in good hands! Very responsive and thoughtful.

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with Masizo Development when they constructed my addition and remodeled my kitchen. Steve with Masizo Development did a great job and was very punctual with his work ethics. I highly recommended using this company for all your construction needs!

We decided to build a custom ADU casita from the ground up in the back of our home in Phoenix. Our plan was to build a new ADU for us to move into and rent out the existing front house out. We wanted to make sure that we hired a team that was well versed, not only ADU construction, but also has experience in custom home development. I liked the fact that Steve was licensed and communicated very well through out the entire project. This made the process a lot easier from the planning stage through the construction. I thought their team was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with their work and the timeline it was completed. They were very transparent the entire time and i am going to use them again in the future as well as recommend to anyone! Thanks guys
